Lynne Biles is an Anishinaabe (Ojibway Peoples ) of The Batchewana First Nations. Traditional land located along the eastern shores of Lake Superior from Batchewana Bay to Whitefish Island in Northern Ontario and also French Canadian roots.
Both Lynne and her husband Mark really enjoy the outdoors and small-town atmosphere of Prince George. They decided to leave the big city and move to Prince George to work and raise a family. It is now over 30 years 3 grown children and has both retired from busy jobs.
Lynne has taught many beading and mandala painting classes over the years. She enjoys traditional and modern beading. As well as adding indigenous styles to her mandala paintings.
Lynne says joining the NIAC is an honour and is looking forward to mentoring and supporting those with a passion for the Arts also.
